Oliver Wickett is the lead musculoskeletal podiatrist.
Oliver qualified in 2006 from the University of Huddersfield’s school of Podiatry and has worked for the NHS for the past 10 years. He achieved a Masters degree in Biomechanics and Sports injuries in 2008 and his research on amputees was published in 2012 in the Journal of Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Oliver’s role is split between the Podiatry and Orthopaedic interface at North Devon and he runs a specific Rheumatology clinic one morning a week. He strives to provide treatment that is evidence based when assessing and managing problems whilst keeping abreast of current evidence with continual professional development.
Oliver currently plays rugby for Bideford RFC and enjoys playing Tennis, Cricket and walking his three dogs.
Dr Sarah Johnson is a consultant radiologist with a specialist interest in musculoskeletal conditions. She initially trained in medicine, with a year spent as a rheumatology fellow, before training in radiology. She has worked extensively in the South West and spent 4 years in Oxford as a radiology trainee, with a year of specialism at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
