We accept referrals from GPs, consultants, and other health care professionals. We do not accept self-referrals.
For an inpatient referral, your nurse, doctor or health care professional will complete the electronic referral form on the intranet.
For outpatient referrals, your health care professional will either refer electronically (this service is only able to accept GP referrals made using the NHS e-referrals service (e-RS)) or via letter. Referrals will only be accepted if they include the following information:
- Reason for referral
- Past medical history
- List of current medications
- Relevant anthropometry
