Improved and consistent patient access to targeted education resources

The main objectives are:

1. To ensure all HCPs have access to the same high quality education materials to provide to their patients

2. To understand which materials and resources would be best suited to individual patients following assessment

3. To consider how technology could support patients accessing information and how the diabetes service can publicise information, advice and guidance.
