Pam & Carol, two retired diabetes nurse specialists, are setting up a friendly support group in Ilfracombe for people with diabetes and their families.
The monthly group will be an informal place where we can share practical tips and ideas on managing diabetes.
The group will be held at Brookdale Church, Ilfracombe, EX34 8DB (not far from the Lidl supermarket on Wilder Road). The church is a fully accessible building with a lift to the groups meeting room. The church car park can be found to the rear of the building.

The group will be held monthly on the following dates:
Thursday 17th May, 1-4pm
Thursday 21st June, 1-4pm
Thursday 26th July, 1-4pm
Thursday 23rd August, 1-4pm
Thursday 13th September, 1-4pm
Refreshments will be available.
