Stoptober is a Public Health England campaign that challenges smokers to give up cigarettes for 28 days during the month of ​​October.

As part of a Devon wide road show/Stoptober event, Ilfracombe Town Council & the One Ilfracombe Project are going to be holding an Ilfracombe specific stop smoking week.  A company called Solutions4Health will be bringing their bus to Ilfracombe for 2 days as part of this event.

On Monday 15th & Tuesday 16th October 2018  from 10:00 am the bus will be parked in the Tyrrell Hospital car park.

General Information

The Tyrrell Hospital is a community hospital, which first admitted patients as long ago as 1864.  The inpatient ward closed in November 2014.

Many different out-patient clinics are also held here, including cardiology, audiology, chiropody and various other services.
