User Satisfaction

The Pathology Department regularly reflects on the service it provides to primary and secondary care users. Questionnaires on a range of topics are distributed and results of responses collated and used to improve the service offered within the Trust.

In May 2017 we issued a satisfaction questionnaire to all Northern Devon Healthcare Trust medically qualified clinicians. They were invited to answer various questions about how satisfied they were with the North Devon Pathology Service. The results of that survey have been compiled into a report documenting the responses.

We take all comments and responses seriously and thank those who responded for expressing their thoughts.
