Health Literacy Awareness | Health Literacy: an introduction 30 minutes This introductory session focuses on what health literacy is and how poor health literacy impacts you, your practice, the Trust and patient outcomes Health Literacy: 60 minute accredited RSPH session This session looks more deeply into impacts of poor health literacy at a national level and introduces some practical communication skills that you can take away and use immediately to support patient understanding.
