Yoga flow session

Emma Phillips, who works in our Finance team, and who’s also a trained Yoga teacher (and one of our wellbeing champions!) has kindly recorded a yoga flow session for us to share with you all.

The session is around 25 minutes long and is suitable for all abilities.
