The prize draw is open to NDHT employees who provide their email address when submitting a wellness tip.
NDHT employees connected with the prize draws may not enter the prize draws.
Entrants into the prize draws shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
By submitting your personal information you agree to receive an email notifying you if you have won the prize draws.

Only one entry per person. Entries will be entered into each draw that proceeds the date the entry was submitted. E.g. an entry on 18 January, would be entered into both draws, whilst an entry submitted on 25 January would be entered into the second prize draw only. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Entries are only permitted to win once.
Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust (NDHT) accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The closing dates for each prize draw are as follows:
Prize Draw 1: Sunday 23 January 2022
Prize draw 2: Sunday 30 January 2022
Entries received after these dates will not be considered.
For each prize draw three winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
The draws will take place on the following dates:
Prize Draw 1: Monday 24 January 2022
Prize draw 2: Monday 31 January 2022
For each prize draw, one prize winner will receive one £50 gift voucher for a brand of their choosing, and two winners will receive one £25 voucher for a brand of their choosing.
The winners will be notified by email on the day of the prize draws. If any winners do not respond to this email within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on NDHT’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by NDHT, both before and after the closing date of the prize draws for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by NDHT) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the prize draws, all entrants consent to the same.
NDHT reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draws with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
