Staff Salary Sacrifice and Discounts
There are a range of salary sacrifice schemes available for our staff. These are provided via a company called Vivup and enable staff to purchase goods and services for a reduction in salary (salary sacrifice) over a set term. Schemes available include:
- Cycle to work scheme
- Home electronics scheme
- Mobile phone scheme
- Bikeshop Scheme
- Car Lease Scheme (Tusker)
Staff also have access to discounts from a wide-range of retailers via the Vivup portal.

Blue Light Card provides those in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces with discounts online and in-store. Blue Light Card also works with small and large companies across the UK to get involved in supporting the Blue Light community through offering our members discounts through Blue Light Card.

Financial Support
Employer Assistance Provision (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Provision (EAP) is available 24/7 365 days a year and provides advice and support for a wide range of topics, including finances.
Nationally, the NHS has been working with the Money Advice Service to provide free, independent support. You can call 0800 448 0826, a support line provided by the Money Advice Service for free and impartial money advice, Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. Alternatively you can add +44 7701 342 744 to your WhatsApp and send the Money Advice Service’s national support team a message for help with sorting out your debts, credit questions and pensions guidance, or you can chat to one of the team via their online portal.
