Raising a Concern – Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

If you would prefer to speak to someone not directly involved with your hospital care and treatment, you can contact a PALS officer on 01271 314090 (9 am to 4.30pm) or by email: ndht.PALS@nhs.net

A PALS officer can provide support and advice and can often sort out problems very quickly on your behalf, by contacting the right people or departments. PALS can also give advice on how to make a complaint.
