Before you go to sleep, take some time-even 10 minutes- to do something just for you. Personally I like to listen to a guided meditation or nature sounds playlist on spotify with a face mask and a cup of tea, however this time can be for you to do anything. Whether thats knitting, playing an instrument, noting down your thoughts, watching netflix or some cute dog videos!
