We all know, singing improves your mood, relieves stress, releases pain-relieving endorphins, improves lung capacity amongst other things. Why not join your local ‘Rock Choir’ ? I did prior to Lockdown and it has been one thing that has got me through these unprecedented times. You don’t even need to be a particularly good singer! It’s all about fun, community and friendship. Give it a go!
