There are plenty of meditation/relaxation apps and soundtracks that can be accessed for free/for a small price. They can help with clearing your mind after a busy shift or helping you go to sleep post night-shift. I was very sceptical at first but now use these frequently to help me relax. The more you do it, the easier it gets
