Chill Swimming

I can not recommend chill swimming in the winter months enough. I first started dipping in the sea last winter and right through again to this winter. The effect it has on my mind and body is amazing. Its helped me so much. As I suffer with anxiety it helped to calm me down and has improved my anxiety so much that my GP was happy for me to stop my medication. I honestly will shout from the rooftops on the benefits of it and how much it has helped me. Chill swimming is good for the soul.
