It’s really important to keep stretching throughout that day no matter what nature of job you do! I stretch gently in the morning and after work just for 5-10 minutes to loosen limbs and tension that can build up through the day. Over the head and down to the ground. I roll my back and shoulders through the day which helps keep me relaxed and focused.
