Baby Loss Remembrance Service – October 17 at North Devon District Hospital

We are very sorry that once again we will be unable to hold our annual Baby Remembrance Service due to ongoing concerns about Corona Virus infections, however we hope that parents will feel able to be part of an alternative way to mark these precious babies lives.

The Chaplaincy at North Devon District Hospital would like to invite anyone who has been affected by the loss of a child to a ‘drop in’ at the Hospital Chapel (Level 1, come through the main entrance and follow the signs) anytime between 1pm-4pm on Sunday October 17 where you will have the opportunity to view the Baby Books of Remembrance and light a candle in memory of your child/ren. If you would like to bring a single flower with you, we will also create a display together.

Chaplaincy colleagues will be around if you need to talk, but there will be no formal service, and your visit can be as short or as long as you need, alternatively we can light a candle on your behalf if you let us know that you would like us to do that for you.

Thank you
