Annual General Meeting – 9 September 2021

The Trust is holding its Annual General Meeting at 5:00 pm on Thursday 9 September 2021. The meeting will be held virtually.

We gave some consideration to holding this important meeting in person. However, on reviewing the local COVID-19 position, we have made the decision to hold the meeting using MS Teams.

Safety is always our top priority and we wanted to ensure everybody felt comfortable attending the meeting.

If you would like to join the virtual meeting, please contact Geraldine Garnett-Frizelle at Geraldine will share a URL link with you in advance of the meeting, together with guidance on how the AGM will be run as a virtual meeting.

The following items will be covered:

  • A review of the main achievements for 2020/21
  • The Annual Accounts 2020/21
  • The Quality Account 2020/21
  • A look ahead to the remainder of 2021/22
  • Question and answer session

All members of staff and the public are welcome to join the AGM.
