To go for a nature walk and enjoy the sound of the river and chirping birds; the gentle kiss of the breeze on the face and the fresh cool air.

I always find it very calming to connect with nature when I am out and about hiking. The vast nature teaches me to appreciate everything and that we are all one. It gives me peace and makes me reflect deeper in myself.
