Stay hydrated – Drink Water

The NHS states our recommended water intake is six to eight 200ml glasses of fluid a day, about 1.2 litres. We need it to:
– Help regulate our temperature
– Keep our joints, eyes and muscles lubricated
– Get rid of waste via sweat, urine or bowel movements
Benefits of drinking water:
– It improves your skin
– It helps headaches
– It promotes better concentration
– It boosts energy levels
– It can improve mood
