Get an old jar/box (whatever you have handy) and each day write something positive that you’ve taken from the day. It can be something big or small but scribble it down and add it to your jar. When you’re having a day where you feel fed up, take some notes out of the jar and remind yourself of the great things you have done. By the end of the year you will be amazed just how many things you have achieved and how many people you have had a positive impact on.
