Listen to the many sounds of nature. Be still. Be calm. Relax. Breathing slowing and relax within the world around you.

Take a moment in a quiet space. Either in a room alone or with a group sitting quietly.
On a garden bench or during a nature country or beach walk.
Take a moment to listen quietly to the sounds you can hear.
The birdsong, the leaves crunching underfoot, the breeze in the trees. Maybe the waves crashing and drawing back, the water rushing against the pebbles, the gulls in the sky. Perhaps be still and close your eyes. And whilst closely listening, slowly hear the sounds behind the sounds. The more distant sounds and be aware of your place within the wider world.
Be still. Be calm. Relax. Breathing slowing and relax within the world around you.
