Get in touch with someone – to ask how they are, to say thank you, to tell them how important they are to you. Telephone, email, send a card or letter.
This is especially important if they live alone.
You may like to contact a friend or relative who you have not been in touch with for a while. My experience is that it is wonderful to re-establish these links. Good for them and for you. It increases wellbeing and shows care for one another.
