Start a little diary of reflection, Write what would you like to achieve at the being of the diary

Find something simple, make it achievable.

Then each day, write what you have done, walk, ate well, drank more water, mindfulness, Yoga, Pilates, exercise, study, weight loss , new hobby craft, make something, Maybe include what are you grateful for? what are you looking forward too?

Lovely to look back on and see what your achieving!!
