“Three Little Things”.

I heard this tip on the Michael Ball Show on the radio. Each day find three things to be grateful for. For instance, today it isn’t raining, I am healthy, my daughter-in-law sent me a photo of my two eldest grandchildren with the snowman family they made which had a Mummy, Daddy and baby snowman. It can be anything you like, seeing the birds in the garden, the sun shining, having had your Covid vaccination, anything at all.
