Laugh therapy

Spend some time laughing, hearty chuckles. This is known to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and stimulate hormones called catecholamines which in turn releases the happy juice – endorphins.

‘A merry heart doeth good like a medicine’

So go on give it a go and have a good laugh, fake laughter is also as effective as real laughter. Give ‘laughter therapy’ a google!
