I have asthma & borderline copd. In the past i have had time off around winter time due to cold afecting chest ect. For the past few years i have kept pretty well. By taking a daily garlic , intermittent echinacea and have honey daily in hot drinks. If i get a cold at all now its o more than couple days instead of over a week
