Grow your own veg.

You don’t need a garden or allotment to grow your own – just a pot, some soil, some seeds and a windowsill. Watching plants grow gives a sense of achievement and joy, as everyday progress is made. Growing your own veg also gives the added bonus of growing your own fresh (and therefore high in vitamins and nutrition) food.
