In our team we do a monthly team member of the month. Between the 1st and 7th of each month the team can submit emails to my account with lovely compliments written about other team members they work with. The can be nominated for anything, it could be something they have done well in work or something outside of work or it could simply be that someone needs a pick me up for whatever reason. The winner gets a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage treatment by one of our lovely trained support workers. It is a lovely way of spreading joy amongst the team and sharing each others successes and celebrating everything that we achieve as a team. The main aim is to spread some positivity and it goes down really well with the team.
As a personal wellbeing tip it would be to connect with nature, we live in a beautiful area and it has so much to offer in the way of outdoor activities, running, cycling and walking. Meditation, yoga, candle lit baths and reading are also a great way to mentally unwind from a long shift at work.
