Be Mindful – Get Creative

Paint, draw, craft or sew something. Push negative thoughts and endless to do lists out of your mind and focus on making something. By focussing on the ‘making’ you are being in the moment and giving your mind a rest from those everyday thoughts whirling around.

I sew Morsbags from donated fabric – these are then given to the Food Bank, Library and local shops to give away free to reduce plastic usage.
