Team discussions

When we have our team meetings we have a ‘wellness check-in’.

We have a time for staff to share about how they are feeling, how life outside of work is going, if anything may be affecting how they are at work and if they need any help with anything.

This is totally optional and staff have no obligation to share any personal information if they don’t want to.

We as a team find it a useful thing and it enables the team to be more supportive as we are more aware of the ‘outside influences’ that may be affecting team members when at work.
