Take a photo every day of something that made you feel happy -you can do it for a week, a month or even a whole year! It might be a delicious hot chocolate, a good book, the sunrise on your way to work or even just a nice clean kitchen!!! The point is it doesn’t need to be anything big or important just something that made you feel happy. It has two benefits, firstly you will start to look for small positive things in your day every day and also when you are feeling low or stressed you can pull out your phone and remind yourself of something that made you smile.
