I have been finding it helpful at the end of each working day to write down something I’m grateful for or have enjoyed about my day. By the end of the month I have accumulated a list to help remind me of all the positive things that I’ve experienced. If I’m having a moment that isn’t so positive it is nice to pick up the card and have a quick read for a mood boost, it helps me keep things in perspective.
