The fifth annual Research and Development Symposium is being held on Friday 28 June 2019 in the Medical Education Centre (MEC) at North Devon District Hospital.
The event will celebrate the research that is changing the lives of patients in North Devon, and staff will share the latest developments in their work that have led to outstanding results in practice.
We’ve got a packed agenda, with talks from doctors, nurses and allied health professionals about how research has become a fulfilling part of their careers. A special guest patient will share their story of how research has changed their life.
There will also be a Research Champion Award for the individual, department or service that has made a significant positive contribution to research and development at NDHT.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Patients, members of the public and staff are welcome to come along to celebrate with us and learn about the innovative clinical research happening in North Devon.
