Care for patients with dementia – give us your views

Do you or a family member have dementia?  Do you care for someone with dementia?

We are reviewing the care we provide for patients with dementia and would very much like to hear your story.

We are keen to know what your experiences have been – what was good, what was not so good and what could have been improved.

We will be holding several focus groups so that we can hear your views.

The dates are:

Friday 17th June 1 – 4pm,   in the Board Room, Chichester House, North Devon District Hospital

Thursday 23rd June 2 – 5pm, in the  Board Room, Chichester House, North Devon District Hospital

Wednesday 29th June 10am – 1pm  at  South Molton Community Hospital
