Our first apprenticeship programme was put in place in 2008. Since then we have successfully trained 64 apprentices, some of which were Advanced Apprentices.[ Level 3]

We train in

  • Business & Administration,
  • Customer Service and
  • Health and Social Care.

We employ apprentices on the Band 1 for an 18 month fixed term contract. You will have a mentor, supervisor and assessor to support you through your programme. On successful achievement of the full framework, a Workforce Development Facilitator will help to
find a position within the organisation to suit your career development.
