Dr Guy Rousseau

Dr Rousseau qualified in  1989 MBChB University of Cape Town South Africa, he trained were at Edendale Hospital in Natal. He came to the UK in 1993 and did a year of paediatrics including six months of neonates.He then went on to train in Anaesthetics in the South West and qualified in 2001 and  started work as a Consultant Anaesthetist and Intensivist in Barnstaple in 2002. His interests are in Critical Care, Paediatric Anaesthesia, difficult airway management and ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia.

He is deputy director of medical education and simulation lead and contribute to clinical research through involvement in local research networks in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care.
