Ilfracombe Tyrrell Hospital

Road works update: We apologise to anybody who has experienced difficulty getting to and leaving North Devon District Hospital as a result of the road works taking place outside.

We are aware that there were issues with the temporary traffic light system on Wednesday 15 February and we worked quickly with Devon County Council and other agencies to make sure these issues were resolved.

We continue to work very closely with the Council to ensure that the traffic is closely monitored and any impact to patients, visitors and staff is kept to a minimum.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

League of Friends

The Tyrrell Hospital League of Friends plays an important role in supporting the hospital and providing much needed equipment. Members also raise money for ‘extras’ to support patients.
