Service description: The service comprises a team of occupational therapists supported by a consultant physician and consultant psychiatrist which provides diagnosis, symptom management and support to patients with Chronic Fatigue or ME.
Service locations: The service is provided at community-based locations and in people’s homes where the patient is
unable to travel. The service covers Exeter, East, Mid and North Devon.
