What should I do if I have any concerns about infection prevention and control or cleaning?
We encourage patients and visitors to raise any concerns that they have as they arise. Please speak to the nurse/midwife in charge of the ward or department where you have the concern. Alternatively at NDDH you are welcome to talk to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (or call them on 01271 314090) or the Information Desk both of which are situated in the front hall on level 2 If they are unable to answer your questions to your satisfaction they can request further information, a personal return phone call or a visit from/or appointment with the Infection Prevention & Control Team.
